• Will my clients actually use this instead of Zillow?

  Clients use Zillow to browse, but they can’t use it to work with you. We match the capabilities of any portal with no competing agent ads, and gives your clients something no portal offers: a way to collaborate with you directly inside your own branded mobile app.

• How does this help me generate leads?

  Every saved search, favorited listing, and alert signup captures a lead that routes to the CRM. Making the search portal the highest-performing lead generation tool in the platform. 

• What are buyer intent signals, and how do I use them?

  Every time a client saves a search, views a property, sets up a price alert, or returns to the same listing, that activity becomes a signal you can see. You know which neighborhoods they care about, what price range they’re exploring, and when interest is picking up. Signals are delivered through the CRM, giving you pre-drafted messages so you can take action immediately.

• Can my clients share searches and collaborate with me on the portal?

  Yes. Clients share saved searches with you or their partner, and everyone can edit search criteria in real time. A built-in workspace lets you exchange listings, notes, and feedback in one organized place instead of scattered texts and emails.

• What happens after my client closes a deal?

  Their saved searches keep running. Listing alerts stay active. The branded app stays on their phone. When they check the market out of curiosity, browse for a friend, or start thinking about a move years down the road, your experience is already there. You stay present in the relationship without doing anything extra.

• What is the agent-branded mobile app?

  It’s a iOS mobile app with your logo, colors, and name in the App Store. Clients get home search, collaboration, saved searches, push notifications, and market data, all branded to you. Every download is a captured lead. Your branded app is included within the Scale and All In plans and available as an add-on for all other plans.

• Is Presence Search Portal included in my plan?

  Yes. Search portal features are included across all Presence Platform plans. The Presence-branded app is included on every plan. The agent-branded app (your name on the App Store) is included within the Scale and All in  plans and available as an add-on for other plans.

• Do I need a developer to set this up?

  No. We handle the full configuration, from map defaults and filter settings to MLS board selection and sort order. Everything is set up to match your market and connected to the website, CRM, and marketing tools.

• How quickly do new listings show up?

  Listings sync within 15 to 20 minutes of going live on the MLS. The Search Portal is built directly into the Platform, so there’s no lag.
