Demonstrate the value of leveraging a CRM for lead nurturing

Our client, a top Chicago real estate professional, was looking to better engage buyer leads, but was skeptical about investing in a CRM. To show him firsthand the value of leveraging a CRM for lead nurturing, we ran an email test built to engage and drive action from potential buyers. While this is not a service Luxury Presence typically offers, we saw an opportunity to go above and beyond to provide additional value to our client.

The Solution

Our marketing team built a series of three emails that were automatically sent to leads who saw our client’s Facebook ad for a specific property and showed interest. The emails were set up in an automatic drip campaign through HubSpot’s CRM platform, saving our client time while engaging potential buyers.

  • Email 1: A  simple ‘Thank You’ message, which included more details about the property.
  • Email 2: If there was no response from the lead, a second email was sent with helpful information about the local area.
  • Email 3: If there was still no reply after three more days, a third email was sent with similar properties the lead might like.

THE RESULTS

The campaign outperformed industry standards for both open rate and click-through rate

It also resulted in zero unsubscribes, indicating that the leads reached were engaged with the content and interested in staying in touch and learning more. The campaign also gave our client valuable information about which leads were more serious, so he could focus his efforts on engaging these high-quality leads.
