Our client, a top Chicago real estate professional, was looking to better engage buyer leads, but was skeptical about investing in a CRM. To show him firsthand the value of leveraging a CRM for lead nurturing, we ran an email test built to engage and drive action from potential buyers. While this is not a service Luxury Presence typically offers, we saw an opportunity to go above and beyond to provide additional value to our client.
