• I already use Fello for seller intelligence. Why switch?

  Fello is an add-on to your existing CRM, not a replacement. • What are additional contacts?

  Each plan includes contacts. If your database grows beyond your plan’s limit, additional contacts are available as add-ons. Smart Tasks and contact intelligence work across all contacts.

• Does Presence AI send messages without my approval?

  Smart Tasks drafts messages in your voice and presents them for review. You edit, approve, and send. Nothing goes out under your name without your explicit action. AI lead nurturing via SMS (Scale and Signature plans) is the one exception: it responds to new inbound website and ad leads as a team member, not as you, specifically to solve the speed-to-lead problem. It never contacts your existing sphere or personal contacts.

• What data does the platform access when I connect my email?

  It syncs contact information, communication metadata, and activity patterns to build your database and detect signals.
