How hard is it to set up?
Setup is simple. Connect your email and phone once, and the CRM handles the rest. Contacts flow in, activity gets logged, and your network starts to organize itself in the background.

Do I have to migrate everything at once?
No. Most agents will start by letting Presence CRM run quietly alongside their current tools. Once they see what it captures and organizes, they may choose to move more into it.

Will it sync with my team’s existing setup?
Presence CRM works well for individual agents and small teams. Larger team tools and full two-way sync with external CRMs are coming after launch.
Usage and Everyday Workflow

Do I still need to track notes or conversations manually?
No. Emails, texts, calls, and notes are logged automatically. If you want to add something manually, you can, but you don’t need to for the system to stay organized. -
How does the CRM know when someone is active again?
It picks up signals across your website, marketing activity, email, SMS, calls, and saved listings. If someone resurfaces or starts looking again, you’ll see it. -
Does the CRM decide what I should do?
It recommends next steps based on activity and communication signals. You decide what to act on.

How does Presence CRM handle my email and message content?
The CRM reads your messages only to pull out context. It turns that into a short summary, drops any sensitive information, and doesn’t store the raw text. Nothing is used to train AI. -
Does the CRM ever contact clients without my approval?
No. The CRM may draft suggestions, but you choose when to send anything. -
Is my clients’ data secure?
Yes. Sensitive data is anonymized, raw content is not stored, and communication data stays inside a protected environment built specifically for the CRM.

Yes. It gives you a clear view of active deals without adding extra work. Deals move easily between stages, and the pipeline updates as new activity comes in. -
Can I track tasks and reminders?
Yes, but tasks are lightweight and tied to Smart Actions or deals. This isn’t a task manager, it’s a relationship system.

We’re opening early access first, then expanding access in phases. Features like additional social ingestion and deeper team tools come post-launch.
