The following product definitions and entitlements shall apply to the Luxury Presence Services to the extent licensed by a Customer (“you”, “your”) on an Order Form:
Accessibility Widget – The Accessibility Widget is an ADA-compliant, built-in tool that allows website visitors to adjust visual settings, such as text size, contrast, and color options, making your site more user-friendly and compliant with accessibility standards.
Ad Spend: This includes:
- Increase to client’s ad spend
- Managed by LP Ads team
- Requires a proportional management fee
Additional (IDX) MLS Feeds: This includes:
- Custom IDX integration for additional MLS(s)
- Luxury Presence will work with MLS directly to enable additional feed
Additional Website Page(s): Add new website pages beyond core package
- Built with LP CMS
- Includes design and content input
Agent Bio: Professionally written agent biography to highlight your expertise and personal brand.
Agent Landing Pages: Individual agent profile pages that feature the agent’s bio, testimonials, and automatically synced listings via their MLS agent ID.
Agent Subdomains: Agent Subdomains are personalized, standalone web pages for individual agents, designed to showcase their unique brand, listings, and expertise within the larger brokerage website. This includes:
- Individual sub-sites for each agent within a team or brokerage
- Lead capture forms on each sub-site
AI Conversations:
This feature is designed to provide automated, multi-turn SMS exchanges conducted by the AI Lead Nurture Specialist, sending up to 30 personalized messages per lead over 12 months. Monthly limits are measured per new lead engaged and do not roll over.
Ambassador Program: Access to Luxury Presence Ambassador Program includes:
- Exclusive Presence Media Opportunities: Opportunity to be featured alongside the nation’s top agents and brokers in Luxury Presence’s premier in-house media brand.
- Custom, Branded Landing Page with Referral Tracking: A custom, branded landing page on luxurypresence.com to drive referrals. Compensation (outlined below) is reviewed and added to the Ambassador’s account quarterly.
- Referral Compensation: An upfront $1,200 signing credit to the Ambassador’s account (current clients only), with the ability to earn an additional $1,200 account credit for each additional signed referral.
In exchange for the above benefits, the Ambassador will work with Luxury Presence to provide the following deliverables to Luxury Presence within six (6) months of the Subscription Start Date:
- Presence Podcast Appearance: One (1) appearance on the Luxury Presence Podcast, sharing industry expertise, insights and Ambassador’s experience working with Luxury Presence.
- Filmed and recorded virtually via Riverside as a conversational interview unless otherwise stated.
- Presence Panels Appearance: One (1) appearance on Luxury Presence’s Presence Panels series, sharing industry expertise, insights and Ambassador’s experience working with Luxury Presence.
- Hosted live on Zoom by Luxury Presence with the Ambassador as a guest; approximately 1-hour in duration.
- Social Media Collaboration: Ambassador will share at minimum three (3) in-feed Instagram Reels
- Reels to be created and posted by Luxury Presence, with the client as a ‘collaborator’ (using Instagram’s ‘collaborator’ feature) and shared on stories.
- Content based on Presence Podcast episode, and/ or website/ app reveal.
- At minimum, one (1) collaborative post to announce the client’s website/ app launch (if applicable).
- Client Case Study: Long-form, written case study on client’s experience working with Luxury Presence and the impact on their business.
- Published on the Luxury Presence website and disseminated via Luxury Presence’s newsletter.
All content created by Luxury Presence and Customer through the Ambassador Program (“Ambassador Content”) will be deemed a work made for hire and will be deemed the sole and exclusive property of Luxury Presence. To the extent such work is not deemed a work made for hire, Ambassador hereby assigns all right, title, and interest in and to the Ambassador Content and waives any moral rights in and to the Ambassador Content. Customer hereby grants a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty free, worldwide license to Luxury Presence to use Customer’s image and likeness in all Ambassador Content.
AI Advertising Specialist
Luxury Presence’s AI Advertising Specialist is designed to manage and optimize Google and Meta ad campaigns. Campaigns are adjusted on an ongoing basis, and all optimizations are logged in your Proof of Work dashboard.
- Builds and manages ad campaigns across Google and Meta
- Dynamically reallocates budgets based on campaign performance
AI Blog Specialist
Luxury Presence’s AI Blog Specialist is designed to publish SEO-focused blog content that supports your overall marketing strategy. Each post includes a title, description, body text, and featured image, and is written using SEO best practices.
- Topics are selected based on keyword gaps and local market data
- Posts are included in regular performance reports
AI Lead Nurture Specialist
Luxury Presence’s AI Lead Nurture Specialist is designed to send personalized SMS follow-ups to every new lead and adapt replies based on lead responses. It continues outreach for up to 12 months, collects key lead details, and shares them with you in your Presence dashboard.
- Sends up to 30 personalized messages per lead over 12 months
- Tracks and reports all activity in the Presence dashboard
AI SEO Specialist
Luxury Presence’s AI SEO Specialist is designed to keep your site optimized for Google and AI search engines with automated updates to page titles, descriptions, and headers. It selects keywords based on page content and search trends, and provides regular reports on updates and keyword changes.
- Applies updates automatically after 48 hours unless you reject
- Tracks keyword rankings and reports changes over time
- Creates files (LLM.txt) that support discoverability in AI-powered search engines
Blog Migration: Luxury Presence will transfer existing blog content including posts, images, and metadata from a previous website or platform to the new site, ensuring consistency in formatting, SEO, and overall presentation.
Blog/Properties Template: This package includes:
- Additional blog or property page templates
- Matches existing site styling
- This is a one-time build
Branded Mobile App Subscription: Branded Mobile App is a dedicated, branded iOS App in Apple App Store: This includes the following features and functionality:
- White-label setup
- Custom App Icon
- Custom Colors for the App
- Custom App Name & Description
- App Store Presence – Your app will be downloadable in the App Store under your brand.
- App Download Lead Capture – This feature is designed to collect lead information when users download and register within your app
- Auto-Registered Leads -Leads generated from app downloads can be automatically added to your CRM or contact database.
- Ongoing store and app maintenance – Luxury Presence will handle app updates and ongoing maintenance.

- Invite-only curated, in-person Collective by Luxury Presence events and networking opportunities
- Targeted global listing exposure via listing syndication to member websites and collective.luxurypresence.com.
- Access to premier on and off-market listings and vetted buyer needs
- Virtual webinars featuring industry thought leaders
- Presence Media opportunities; including appearances on the Presence Podcast, and Presence Panels
- Exclusive member branding & marketing materials
- A dedicated, Collective Concierge team member for all membership-related needs
Contact Enrichment:
This feature is designed to provide automatic enhancement of CRM contacts with life event intelligence (birthdays, job changes, marriages), property data, and behavioral signals indicating real estate intent. Data is provided on an as-available basis and accuracy is not guaranteed and depends on third-party sources.
Contact Sync:
This feature is designed to provide automatic import of leads and contacts from multiple connected sources into the Presence CRM, including social media platforms, email accounts, and lead capture forms. Contact harvesting capabilities are subject to each third party platform’s terms of service and API limitations.
CRM Integrations:
This feature is designed to provide both data synchronization between the Presence CRM and supported third-party CRM platforms, allowing you to maintain your existing CRM as the system of record while leveraging Presence CRM’s features. Customer is responsible for maintaining valid API credentials with third-party platforms. Luxury Presence does not represent or warrant that the Presence CRM will have full bi-directional data synchronization with all third-party CRM platforms.

Custom Website: A Custom Website is a Website that involves custom design work within one of Luxury Presence’s standard website frameworks to incorporate your logo, branding, unique CSS enhancements, and up to 20 hours of visual customization into the actual design of your website including logos, colors, and specialty elements from our library
- 2 Design Strategy Consultations with a Design Intake Call – These calls are initial and follow up consultations where we gather your brand assets, preferences, and vision to inform the website’s look and feel. This ensures our design team can tailor your site to reflect your unique style and objective
- Senior Onboarding Manager – A Senior Onboarding Manager gives you access to seasoned expertise throughout your website launch, ensuring you benefit from industry best practices and strategic guidance. Your manager will help coordinate every detail, address your questions, and provide high-level support during your onboarding experience.
Design Change 1:1: 1:1 design revision to an alternative design framework
Design Package: Property Website
Includes the following:
- Individually Curated, template-based website
- Hosting for 12 month (domain not included);
- Up to 5 Support Pages (About, Amenities, Photos etc.);
- Up to 2 Rounds of Revisions;

Includes the following:

Design Refresh: This package includes:
- A visual update of existing LP site
- Includes homepage + up to 4 additional sections
- Styling improvements

Dev Hours: Dev Hours are dedicated hours for the development team to build new elements, features, or design customizations.
Development Migration: Migration of individual development pages from your former website to your Luxury Presence website.
Domain Forwarding: Forwarding of an additional domain to your Luxury Presence website.
Digital Comparative Market Analysis (CMA): This feature helps you generate reports that helps estimate a property’s value by comparing it to similar, recently sold homes in the area.
- Multiple Templates – This feature allows you to choose from a variety of professionally designed CMA presentation templates to match your style and audience.
- MLS Data Integration – This feature allows you to automatically pull real-time property data (listings, sales history, pricing, etc.) from your MLS for accurate and up-to-date analyses.
- Presentation Builder – This feature allows you to easily assemble visually compelling CMA presentations using a guided builder tool
Editorial SEO Blog Post: This is a professionally written, 1000-word article optimized for search engines to attract and engage target audiences
Essential SEO: Essential SEO has the following features and functionality:
- SEO Migration.
- 25 Business Citations – Luxury Presence will work to ensure your business details are listed on reputable online directories to boost local search visibility and credibility.
- Online Reputation Monitoring – This feature helps provide tracking and reporting of your business’s online reviews and mentions.
- GBP Setup & Optimization – This feature helps to optimize your Google Business Profile and is designed to enhance your local search presence and accuracy.
- Monthly GBP Posts – These posts are monthly content updates posted to your Google Business Profile to keep your business listing active and engaging.
Expert Marketing: Luxury Presence’s Expert Marketing package includes the following.
- Agent Bio – Professionally written agent biography to highlight your expertise and personal brand.
- Neighborhood Articles – 6 unique neighborhood articles designed to showcase local expertise and improve site SEO.
- Advanced Budget Allocation – Strategic distribution of your marketing budget across multiple channels to maximize results.
- Multi-Channel Retargeting – This retargeting feature is intended to help you reconnect with high-intent prospects by automatically retargeting your website visitors across spaces such as Google Display Network, YouTube (Home and Watch feeds), Gmail Promotions and Social tabs, Discover feed, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Competitor Analysis – A detailed report on competitor marketing tactics and performance to help inform your marketing strategy.
- Advanced SEO Optimizations – These optimizations are in-depth enhancements to your website’s SEO architecture, content, and technical setup and are intended to provide superior search performance.
Feed Integration Partner: Feed Integration Partner includes:
- Support for integration setup
- Connection of third-party feed (e.g., Broker Feed, MLS, etc.) to the website
- Mapping assistance to the Presence platform
Google Business Profile (GBP) Setup:
- Google Business Profile setup for one location
- Profile optimization
- Add logo, description, hours, etc.
IDX Tool:
This is a tool empowering website visitors to search available listings directly on your website with an integrated, real-time home search experience from available MLS boards. The IDX Home Search tool contains the following features and functionalities.
- Up to 1 MLS Feed Integration (unless otherwise set forth on an Order Form) – This tool integrates your website to an MLS feed, allowing you to display MLS data ensuring your property listings are automatically updated and accurate
- Automated Listing Sync – This feature allows MLS listings to be continuously updated in real time without additional manual input
- Lead Capture Forms – These features are intended to collect prospect information and generate high-quality leads and engage and convert website visitors with features such as like customizable contact forms, registration prompts, “Schedule a Showing” buttons, and property inquiry forms
- Listing Notifications – This feature will automatically alert clients when new listings matching their criteria are added to your website.
In App Analytics: Real time insights into user behavior and website performance directly within the platform dashboard.
Proof of Work Dashboard: This dashboard displays a transparent summary of completed tasks, content progress, and marketing milestones by AI Marketing Specialists to keep clients informed throughout the onboarding and build process.
Lead Gen Ads: Lead Gen Ads include the following functionality:
- Ad Budget/Google PPC Management – This feature includes setup and ongoing management of your Google Pay-Per-Click ad campaigns.
- Landing Page Creation – This feature allows you to deploy professionally designed landing pages built to support your ad campaigns with a focus on high conversion rates.
- Starting at $500/mo Ad Budget
Lead Intelligence:
This feature analyzes and scores leads to help prioritize follow-up and improve conversion rates to gain insights into lead behavior, engagement and readiness to buy or sell.
Lead Scoring:
This feature is designed to provide automated numerical scoring of leads based on engagement activities, enrichment data, and behavioral signals to help prioritize follow-up efforts. Scores are indicative guidance and do not guarantee transaction outcomes.
Listing Ads:
Listing Ads are targeted digital advertising campaigns for individual property listings across Google and Meta platforms, including seller-facing performance reports. Ad spend is provided by customer; campaign management and optimization are included.
Luxury Presence Mobile App:
The Luxury Presence Mobile App is a Mobile App in the iOS App Store. It includes features and functionalities:
- App Listing Search
- Push Notifications
- Saved Searches
- Messaging
- Agent Profile
- Agent Branding
- Client Dashboard
- Market Reports
- Lead Capture Forms
- Agent App Access
Marketing Contacts:
Contacts stored within the Presence CRM that are enriched with additional data (to the extent available) and eligible for AI-powered suggestions or actions including automated follow-up, personalized messaging, and lead nurturing. Tier limits (Launch: 500, Brand: 2,000, Scale: 10,000, Signature: 50,000) determine how many contacts can receive enrichment and AI suggestions or actions.
Neighborhood Guide: Professionally written content (approximately 600 words) that highlights the features, lifestyle, amenities, and market appeal of a specific neighborhood to engage potential buyers and enhance SEO.
Neighborhood Migration: Migration of neighborhood content from the old website to the new site to ensure accuracy and continuity.
One-Click Property Sites: These are standalone, branded websites dedicated to a single property, designed to maximize exposure and showcase listing details.
- Multiple Templates: This feature allows you to select from a range of design templates for your property sites to best represent each listing.
1:1 Brokerage Advisory Board: As a member of the Luxury Presence Brokerage Advisory Board, the Client will receive:
- Presence Media Opportunities which may include participation in webinars, podcasts, and other thought leadership content produced by Luxury Presence.
- Event Access including invitations to exclusive Luxury Presence events.
- Product Insight including early access to select product roadmap updates and beta features.
- Founding Member Status with visibility across applicable Luxury Presence marketing channels.
Client Commitments:
To support strategic collaboration, the Client agrees to:
- Participate in quarterly strategy consultations, consisting of one 60-minute session per calendar quarter with Luxury Presence leadership.
- Be available as a Client Reference for prospective clients. Time and frequency of requests will be managed with consideration and respect for the Client’s schedule.
- Collaborate on a Client Case Study, including:
- A long-form, written overview of the Brokerage’s experience with Luxury Presence and the impact on its business.
- Case study to be published on Luxury Presence’s website and shared via its flagship industry newsletter, The Key (distribution: 25,000 subscribers).
Opening Video: This includes:
- An embedded video section on homepage
- Up to thirty (30) seconds
- The Customer is responsible for providing the video content
Performance SEO: This package includes the following features:
- Target Locations SEO Content Strategy
- Ongoing Optimizations
- Agent Bios
- Neighborhood Articles
- SEO Blogs
- Target Locations SEO Content Strategy
Presence Platform User Seat: Access grant for another team member access to the Luxury Presence platform, allowing for collaboration and role-specific permissions within the Customer’s account.
Premium Support: Provides hands-on support for website updates, including custom and templated pages, content additions, and design adjustments – all completed by Luxury Presence at the Client’s request. Clients also receive priority case handling and access to a dedicated support channel for faster, more personalized service.
Premium User Seat: Each Premium User Seat includes a branded agent subdomain site (template-based, hosted on a subdomain, customizable for a fee), a Branded Mobile App user seat, and platform access.
Press Migration: Migration of individual press articles from your former website to your Luxury Presence website.
Private Listing Hub:
This feature is designed to be a secure, access-controlled environment for sharing exclusive off-market listings with qualified buyers and select agent networks. Customer is responsible for ensuring authorization to market listings privately and compliance with MLS rules.
Professional Services:
Dedicated hours for custom, high-touch work beyond standard support, including custom website sections, advanced third-party integrations, bulk data imports, and complex one-off requests requiring deeper planning and execution. Signature tier includes 20 hours annually.
Property Migration: The transfer of property listings and related data, such as descriptions, images, pricing, and statuses, from a previous website or system to the Luxury Presence platform, ensuring accuracy and alignment with current MLS or marketing materials.

- Applied to all website pages
Revisions for Custom Site: Custom Site Revisions include (2) rounds of website revisions and edits (“Revision Rounds”). During your website build process, you may request revisions and will be responsible for all edits submitted in each Revision Round. Revisions Rounds can be used to edit text, images, CMS content and design within the limits of the 20 hours of CSS work included in your Custom Website build. This does not include the creation of new functionality, which may incur an additional charge depending on scope. Any requests that exceed the granted hours will incur an additional charge. Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, no new functionality may be added during Revision Rounds beyond the original scope agreed upon in writing in this Order Form and Agreement. You must request in writing any additional revisions beyond the two (2) Revision Rounds, and, if accepted by Luxury Presence, Luxury Presence will charge $150 per hour for such additional revisions (“Additional Revisions”). Quotes for additional revision work will be provided subject to Luxury Presence’s approval. Additional feature requests and revisions may not be approved by Luxury Presence. As an additional benefit of your website, you may request up to twenty (20) sold properties to be uploaded to your website. Any properties uploaded beyond twenty (20) sold properties will result in a charge of $10 per additional property.
Revisions for Pro Site: Pro Site revisions include (1) round of website revisions and edits (“Revision Rounds”). During your website build process, you may request revisions and will be responsible for all edits submitted in each Revision Round. Revision Rounds can be used to edit text, images, properties and design within the limits of your chosen template. For edits that are outside the scope of your chosen template, two (2) hours of CSS/HTML adjustments can be granted on a solely aesthetic basis. Any requests that exceed the granted hours will incur an additional charge. Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, no new functionality may be added during Revision Rounds beyond the original scope agreed upon in writing in this Order Form and Agreement. You must request in writing any additional revisions beyond the one (1) Revision Round, and, if accepted by Luxury Presence, Luxury Presence will charge $200 per hour for such additional revisions (“Additional Revisions”). Quotes for additional revision work will be provided subject to Luxury Presence’s approval. Additional feature requests and revisions may not be approved by Luxury Presence. As an additional benefit of your website, you may request up to twenty (20) sold properties to be uploaded to your website. Any properties uploaded beyond twenty (20) sold properties will result in a charge of $10 per additional property.
Testimonial Migration: Migration of individual testimonials from your former website to your Luxury Presence website.
SEO Migration: Luxury Presence will transfer your existing website’s SEO assets—like metadata, URLs, and internal links—to your new site, ensuring minimal disruption and helping you regain search rankings over time. Please note that is industry standard to experience a temporary decrease in organic search rankings following an SEO migration. While this initial dip is expected, most customers typically regain their previous organic placements over time as the site stabilizes.
SEO Optimized Copy (400 words):
- SEO-based writing (topic selection + implementation)
- One-time delivery
- 400-word limit
Setting Up Email Domain:
A one-time configuration designed to create a dedicated, branded email sending domain for your account, enabling AI-powered communications to be sent from your domain rather than a generic Luxury Presence domain. Customer is responsible for domain ownership and adding required DNS records.
Social Media: The Social Media package includes Luxury Presence providing:
- Social media strategy
- Monthly Post Calendar
- Monthly Copy + Graphic Set (approx. 4–6 posts/mo)
- Monthly Social Report detailing performance
Social Media Marketing:
Social Media Marketing is an AI-powered social media marketing feature designed to deliver weekly campaigns across Facebook and Instagram for agent review and approval. Content includes listing posts and buyer/seller tips; all posts require customer approval before publishing. Customer is responsible for connected social account access and final content decisions.
Smart Tasks:
This feature is designed to provide an AI-powered daily action plan that generates prioritized follow-up recommendations with personalized message drafts based on contact activity and life events. AI-generated messages should be reviewed before sending; customer maintains discretion over all outreach.
Standard User Seat: Each Standard User Seat includes a branded agent subdomain site (template-based, hosted on a subdomain, customizable for a fee) and platform access.
Subdomains: Subdomains are personalized, standalone web pages for individual agents, designed to showcase their unique brand, listings, and expertise within the larger brokerage website. This includes:
- Individual sub-sites for each agent within a team or brokerage
- Lead capture forms on each subdomain
Support: Luxury Presence will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide you with Customer Support as set forth below:
- Support Channels: Request support through Chat (24/7), Email (24/7), and Phone (during Luxury Presence’s business hours).
- Knowledge Base Access: Access to Luxury Presence’s online knowledge base, which includes step-by-step how-to articles, product education, and resources designed to help you effectively use our platform and tools.
- Guided Platform Support: Support representatives are available to walk you through learning and navigating the platform, ensuring you understand how to use core features and maximize your experience.
- Uptime Monitoring: Luxury Presence will provide uptime monitoring for your site.
Video Editing: Luxury Presence will:
- Edit an agent’s provided video for homepage use
- Such video will be trimmed, styled, branded
- Up to 2 minutes final output
Website Platform: Luxury Presence’s Website Platform allows you to quickly and easily build stunning websites. The Website Platform has the following features and functionality.
- Page Builder – Page builder allows you to intuitively design and customize your website pages.
- Landing Pages – Landing pages are tailored web pages designed to capture attention and drive specific actions—ideal for marketing campaigns or featured properties.
- Home Valuation Tool – The Home Valuation Tool offers your website a streamlined way to estimate a property’s value.
- Neighborhood Data – Luxury Presence provides neighborhood data for a given neighborhood and this data is updated approximately every thirty (30) days. This data can include local amenities, schools, demographics, and market trends.
- Content Management System – Luxury Presence’s Content Management System (CMS) allows you to easily update and manage your website’s content, to help keep your brand and listings current.
- Global Listing Feeds – Global Listing Feeds allows multiple agents to share and display each other’s listings across their websites, to help expand property exposure among a given network.
- Brokerage Listings Network – The Brokerage Listing Network allows you to feature your public and private listings to be featured across a collaborative network, expanding visibility within a brokerage’s ecosystem.
- Pages – A page is a dedicated section of your website. For example this could be a Home Landing Page or an About Me page.
- Blog – Blog functionality allows you to feature regularly updated articles to engage with your clients. Blog copyrighting not included unless otherwise specified in your Order Form.
- Neighborhood Pages – These pages highlight a specific local area that you serve.
Website Media: Website media is ready-to-use, professionally curated media assets designed to enhance your website’s visual appeal.
- Access to Stock Luxury Presence-Created Imagery
- Access to Stock Luxury Presence-Created Videography
- Social Media Feed Integration – This integration allows you to display your social media feeds directly on your website.
