Luxury Presence, a leading prop-tech company that provides real estate growth marketing solutions, reaffirmed its ongoing philanthropic partnership with Giveback Homes, a community of real estate professionals committed to creating social change by helping build homes for deserving families nationwide.
Since launching this initiative, Luxury Presence and Giveback Homes have hosted four joint Build Days across the country, including one in Los Angeles, two in Austin, and the most recent on December 11 in Phoenix, Arizona.

These volunteer events bring together employees, clients, and community members in hands-on service to support safe, stable housing for families in need.
Participants from this year’s Build Day reflected on the experience and community impact. As one attendee, Kristin Mudd, shared: “I went in without any real expectations, but the on-site team was so friendly and made everything feel easy, even for people with barely any experience. They created an environment where I actually felt like I was contributing. Our group helped build and assemble some of the house’s walls, and several of us ended up using tools we’d never used before. I’d absolutely do something like this again.”

Through this partnership, Luxury Presence also supports Giveback Homes with corporate giving, fundraising, and ongoing community engagement efforts. In addition to Build Days, the company’s design team has contributed pro bono support, including a full redesign of the Giveback Homes website.
Members of Giveback Homes receive preferred pricing on Luxury Presence solutions and access to specialized donation page templates that help them communicate their commitment to social good and rally their own communities to give back.

“At Luxury Presence, we support real estate professionals not only in growing their businesses, but also in making a meaningful impact in their communities,” said Malte Kramer, Founder and CEO of Luxury Presence. “Our partnership with Giveback Homes reflects that commitment by bringing agents, employees, and partners together for hands-on Build Days that help create safe, stable housing for families in need.”
Caroline Pinal, Co-Founder of Giveback Homes, added, “This ongoing partnership provides the opportunity to give and inspire more real estate leaders to join the movement for social good. We are proud of what we have accomplished together and excited for what’s next.”
