Presence® CRM is the first AI CRM designed for relationship-driven businesses. We engineered it to remove the software friction that has long worked against how the best agents want to run their businesses. The result is more consistent opportunity from within their existing networks.

As agents grow, relationships multiply along with complexity. Opportunities live across past clients, long-standing connections, and ongoing conversations. Staying on top of those relationships has required constant database management and manual follow-up, which is the exact work that pulls agents away from spending time with the people who matter most.

Presence® CRM surfaces hidden opportunities within these complex relationships, without manual tracking. 

It unifies an agent’s contacts, social media followers, communication history, and website activity with third-party data to show where and when relationships are most likely to convert. Property records update automatically. Meaningful life events, such as job changes, are detected as they happen. Entering Our Next Chapter with Momentum

We’ve raised $37 million in new capital to accelerate the launch of Presence® CRM and deepen the data and intelligence layer that feeds our platform. The funding will also expand the capabilities of Presence® AI, the engine that powers our ability to help agents identify, prioritize, and convert opportunities.

The raise includes $22 million in Series C equity, led for the third time by Byron Deeter of Bessemer Venture Partners, and a $15 million debt facility with J.P. Morgan. Together, this capital reflects long-term conviction in our strategy and confidence in our business’ impact on our industry. 

Byron’s continued leadership in this round reflects our shared long-term view of where the real estate market is headed. Over the past decade, Bessemer has invested in category-defining companies such as Canva, Anthropic, and DocuSign as these platforms transformed their respective industries. I’m grateful to have Byron’s expertise on our board as we enter our next chapter.

We’ve seen Luxury Presence evolve from a trusted tech provider to the category-defining growth platform for real estate agents. With Presence® CRM, Luxury Presence’s vision has the potential to transform one of the world’s largest and oldest industries.

Bessemer is joined in our Series C round by NextEquity Partners, whose leaders bring deep experience building SaaS platforms and consumer technology. NextEquity is represented by Alok Pandey, a former vertical SaaS CEO, and Avie Tevanian, who spent a decade alongside Steve Jobs as Apple’s Chief Software Technology Officer. Both bring unique insights to our deep bench of investors and advisors.

We also welcome GSBackers, a Stanford alumni fund, which is joining our existing investors, including Zillow co-founder Spencer Rascoff, real estate coach Tom Ferry, top-producing agent Jade Mills, NBA champion Dirk Nowitzki, and many others.

In total, we’ve now raised $89 million. More importantly, we’ve reached the customer and infrastructure scale to further our vision for how we empower real estate entrepreneurs.

Growing Because Our Customers Are Winning

By the time we began our Series C conversations, investors were impressed by the momentum since our last round: we had reached profitability, grew revenue in 2025 by over 40%, and are closing in on $100M ARR.

Today, we serve over 87,000 real estate agents across more than 17,000 real estate businesses. In the past twelve months, agents on our platform have closed more than $450 billion in real-estate transactions through more than 400,000 listings. Over 30% of the Wall Street Journal’s top 100 agents trust Luxury Presence to drive their growth.

Our success is only possible because of the results we’re delivering for our clients.

Agents on the Luxury Presence platform now grow 6× faster and close nearly 3x more transaction volume than peers in the same market. As we’ve grown our client count since our Series B-1 in 2023, the value we deliver for each client has grown as well.

Evolving from Digital Presence to Growth Platform

My inspiration for Luxury Presence came from sitting at a kitchen table in Beverly Hills, working alongside real estate legend Jade Mills shortly after college. I watched her build trust with clients, deepen relationships, and fight relentlessly to deliver the perfect deal. Through Jade, I saw up close everything that makes this industry extraordinary.

While I witnessed the brilliance of a top agent’s craft, I also saw the weight of outdated technology. Even the best agents were forced to work around systems that didn’t match how they actually built their businesses.

That tension defined our first chapter. We set out to give agents a digital home worthy of their reputation.

Our early years were focused on elevating agents’ presence online with world-class websites, search visibility, and digital marketing that made their businesses look and perform as exceptionally as they do. For high-caliber agents whose businesses are built on trust and personal brand, digital presence was foundational.

As our platform grew, those websites became agents’ digital homes. Clients returned. Relationships deepened. Agents relied on a branded marketing ecosystem to create interest and nurture long-term connections.

But as our tools evolved, one thing didn’t.

That reality became clear to me again when my wife, Carolina, became an agent.

Carolina’s Presence® Website was working. Her brand was differentiated. She closed her first few deals. Yet, she was still spending hours managing contacts, coordinating follow-ups, and trying to remember who needed attention across a growing stack of disconnected tools. She is deeply committed to her clients and relationships, but increasingly distracted from what mattered most as her relationship complexity grew.

The burden on the agent had not changed.

Building Technology that Works How Agents Work

For a long time, there was no practical way to solve this problem without adding more work for someone on the agent’s team.

That has now changed. 

Advances in AI have made it possible to take work that used to require constant manual effort and handle it quietly in the background, without requiring agents to divert their focus onto yet another tool.

Within our platform, this shift was further made possible because of what we’ve been building for a decade.

By powering tens of thousands of agent-branded digital homes for the past ten years, we accumulated one of the richest first-party relationship datasets in residential real estate.
