Your Data, Protected
When you trust us with your business, you’re trusting us with your clients’ information too. We take that seriously.
Built on AWS, Backed by Best Practices
Your data lives on Amazon Web Services, the same infrastructure that powers some of the world’s most demanding applications. Everything is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard protocols. Backups run every 24 hours with point-in-time recovery, so if something goes wrong, we can get you back up fast.
Continuous Monitoring, Real-Time Response
We’re watching around the clock. Our systems log and monitor activity around the clock, watching for anything unusual. Bot traffic gets blocked. Suspicious behavior gets flagged. And if an incident does occur, we have documented response procedures and on-call teams ready to act.
Access Controls That Make Sense
Every LP employee logs in with single sign-on and multi-factor authentication. Role-based permissions mean people only see what they need to see. We also use third-party monitoring to catch potentially compromised credentials before they become a problem.
High Availability by Design
Your website needs to be up when your clients are browsing, whether that’s a quiet Tuesday morning or right after your listing goes viral. Our infrastructure spans multiple AWS availability zones, with Cloudflare CDN handling traffic spikes and protecting against common web threats. Our internal target is 99.95% uptime.
Tested, Not Just Trusted
Annual third-party penetration testing keeps us honest. Our code goes through security linters and static analysis based on OWASP guidelines and backend dependencies are scanned continuously for known vulnerabilities.
Your Data, Your Control
We keep your personal data for the duration of our agreement, plus a reasonable window for data portability requests. When you leave, we delete or anonymize your information within 30 days of your request. Backups follow standard rotation schedules.
Compliance Standards
Our technical and organizational measures are designed to align with Article 32 of the GDPR and applicable U.S. data protection laws. For agents handling client information across different markets, that matters.
