Luxury Presence uses the following Sub-Processors to assist in providing the Services. This list may be updated from time to time in accordance with the Data Processing Addendum.
Customer may use the Luxury Presence Services to connect to additional third-party Processors. Customer is solely responsible for its integrations with such third-party services. Such third-party services are not Sub-Processors of Luxury Presence and are not governed by the Data Processing Addendum.

Notes:
1. All Sub-Processors are bound by data processing agreements that impose data protection obligations consistent with the requirements of the Data Processing Addendum.
2. Customer will be notified of any changes to this list in accordance with the notice provisions of the Data Processing Addendum.
3. Sub-Processors may use their own sub-processors located in other jurisdictions. Transfers to third countries are covered by appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
