Q1: Tayler, how would you describe the energy and atmosphere at this year’s Gen Blue?
It was absolutely buzzing with energy. From the moment we arrived, you could feel how excited everyone was to connect, learn, and celebrate the Coldwell Banker network.
What really stood out to me was how fearless and hungry the agents were. They came ready to absorb new strategies, share experiences, and build connections. Gen Blue really does come alive when you get so many passionate professionals in one space.
Q2: You introduced our CEO and founder, Malte Kramer, before his keynote. What was it like being part of that moment, and how did the audience respond?

His keynote, Creative Luxury Marketing: Leveraging AI to Your Benefit, was so packed that people were literally lining the walls to hear what he had to say.
Introducing Malte was such a proud moment for me and for our whole team. I barely got the words out: “Malte Kramer, CEO and Founder of Luxury Presence,” before the crowd erupted in applause. That moment alone said everything. His impact on this industry is undeniable.
Malte’s presentation gave very clear strategies for how agents can position themselves and their brands to be more visible to AI and LLMs, which is a topic everyone is curious about right now.
Afterward, agents shared how the session gave them a clearer understanding of how AI is reshaping real estate marketing and practical steps they could take to stay ahead. Many left feeling energized and empowered, with a renewed sense of direction for their brand.

Q3: What conversations were you hearing most often from agents and brokers during the event?
A lot of conversations centered on two things: Technology and relationships.
On the tech side, people are really eager to understand how AI fits into their businesses. They wanted to know how to stay competitive in a world where buyers are turning to AI tools, searching on Chat GPT, to find agents and listings, and how to ensure their brand shows up in those results.
On the relationship side, there was a strong focus on building community, both with clients and within the Coldwell Banker network. Many agents talked about balancing cutting-edge marketing with maintaining that personal, human touch that makes luxury real estate so unique.
Malte’s story about how his wife, Carolina Kramer, built her brand using Luxury Presence really resonated. It gave agents a tangible example of what’s possible when great tech meets strong vision.
Q4: What kinds of questions did people have about Luxury Presence’s products and services?

Q5: You also collected testimonials from happy clients while you were there. What were some of the themes you heard?

We even had agents who signed up that morning, bringing their colleagues over to meet the team that same afternoon. That kind of excitement and trust speaks for itself.
Q7: Looking ahead, what are you most excited about after Gen Blue?
I’m excited to keep building on the momentum we created. The enthusiasm for AI and strategic marketing is only growing, and we’re in such a strong position to help agents harness that.
