The 2022 RealTrends Website Rankings have been announced—and we’re thrilled to share that several Luxury Presence clients have won awards for websites designed and developed by our team.
A quick background: to get ranked by RealTrends, agents, and brokerages submit their production data for verification. To qualify, agents must close 50 residential transaction sides or $20 million in closed sales volume, and a team must close 75 residential transaction sides or $30 million in closed sales volume.
Each year, RealTrends Website Rankings highlight the top real estate websites across the United States in six primary categories (Best Overall, Best Design, Best Community Page, Best Mobile, Best Property Detail, and Best Video) and one sponsored category (Best Seller).
The Best Overall category encompasses it all: design, navigation, user experience, imagery, mobile presence, and branding. RealTrends calls these websites “the best of the best”—and Luxury Presence client Fuller Group earned its winning spot in this elite group with its compelling, user-friendly, and memorable site.
The Best Design ranking considers the expression of an agent or brokerage’s unique value proposition and the site’s overall user experience, including layout, navigation, usability, and branding. We’re proud that two Luxury Presence clients ranked for their real estate website design in this category: agent Darlene Streit and Fuller Group. Their exceptionally well-designed (if we do say so ourselves) sites elevate their online presence, drive new business, and help them stand out in a crowded marketplace.
Triple-threat Fuller Group continued its streak with a win for Best Community Page. This category recognizes websites with user-friendly landing pages that offer visitors accessible, detailed information on market data, local amenities, points of interest, maps, and more. Luxury Presence made it easy for Fuller Group to add these elements to their site, helping them stand out as local experts. We’re continuing to add enhancements that help our clients achieve this goal, like our new Neighborhood Data interactive tool which turns you into a trusted local resource for potential buyers and boosts SEO by showing site visitors real-time neighborhood intel.
RealTrends’ Best Video rankings go to sites that feature high-quality, creative videos that enhance a brand’s online presence. The Malibu Life earned their spot among this prestigious group with engaging videos on their Luxury Presence-powered site that show off Malibu’s stunning natural scenery and their team’s vibe.
Finally, RealTrends’ Best Sellers category recognizes sites that provide potential sellers with the resources they need for a successful sale and close, including home valuations and tips for negotiation, marketing, and prepping your home for sale. Winners Granston Group and Midlam | Ryan Team nail this on their seller-dedicated pages with detailed content that puts sellers at ease and presents the information they need to know in an approachable way.
