Agent image uses the free WordPress platform to create its real estate websites. While they often highlight WordPress’ transferability as a selling point, many users report challenges when attempting to move or maintain their sites independently.

The company offers four design tiers, from quick-launch templates to fully custom sites. Its most basic offering is a mobile-friendly IDX site based on one of eight designs, and includes hosting and contact forms. If you want to feature team members, video on your homepage, or more than six interior pages, you’ll need to upgrade. While many users appreciate the polished look of custom builds, some note feature limitations and a less tailored feel than anticipated.

Lead generation

Neither Agent Image nor Luxury Presence offer native CRMs; both integrate with your preferred customer relationship management system. Agent Image charges $150 an hour for integrations that take more than two hours, while Luxury Presence includes this service in all plans.

Marketing add-ons with Agent Image

Across all its website plans, Agent Image includes basic lead generation features like saved search and contact forms. It also offers two add-on options for pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns:

• A 3-month PPC ad campaign for a single listing
• A landing page and 3-month PPC campaign to target a specific keyword

When integrations are implemented smoothly, some clients report positive lead gen results. Others, however, cite frustrations with incomplete CRM functionality, IDX issues, and underwhelming content.

While Agent Image has traditionally offered social media and email marketing services, it recently removed web pages dedicated to outlining these services. It’s not clear if these are still included as add-ons, bundled into certain plans, or soon to be discontinued.
