We sat down with Aaron to discuss his new role, his real estate experience, and how he used Luxury Presence as a top-producing real estate agent.
Why did you choose Luxury Presence for your real estate website?
I was introduced to Luxury Presence at my first office meeting as a new agent. The websites showcased were far superior to any other real estate sites I had seen before, so I decided to book a demo. Once I discovered that the stunning visuals were just a fraction of the value they offered, signing up was a no-brainer.
That website became my digital home base and was crucial to my business throughout my time as an agent. As a client, I admired Luxury Presence for spearheading the evolution of marketing in the real estate industry.
When I decided to pursue my passion for creative content and social media strategy, Luxury Presence was at the top of my list. The opportunity to join as the social media marketing manager couldn’t have been more perfectly aligned with my career goals.
What did you love most about being a real estate agent?
There was a lot I loved about being an agent, such as building relationships and genuinely helping my clients achieve their goals. However, my favorite aspect was developing creative, outside-the-box marketing strategies, often using my website in conjunction with social media. That passion ultimately led me here, with the intention of placing other brands, such as Luxury Presence, in the digital spotlight.
In your role here, what stories are you excited to tell?
In addition to sharing the ongoing success stories of Luxury Presence clients, I am excited to highlight the power of innovative technology in the real estate industry. These digital tools have had a profound impact on my own brand and business; I’m confident they will have a similar effect on other agents.
How do you see your role benefitting Luxury Presence clients?
In addition to showcasing Luxury Presence products and success stories, my goal is to provide agents with valuable, purpose-driven content. While I aim to educate current and potential clients on the latest offerings from Luxury Presence, it’s equally important to me to provide advice and guidance on how agents can scale their businesses through innovative marketing strategies they can apply on their own.
Why is social media marketing so important to the real estate industry?
As real estate agents, our personal brands are everything. Today, social media is the most effective way to build a personal brand. There’s no more efficient way to reach an audience, stay top of mind, gain the trust of prospects, and maintain a positive reputation than through social media. Best of all, you can achieve this organically for free! That’s just scratching the surface, but in my opinion, it’s the key reason agents and brokers should be active on social media.
What makes a video go viral?
Having generated more than 250 million views on social media, I can tell you there’s no single secret to creating a viral video. My most viewed video featured a live shark aquarium in a Los Angeles mansion. With 50 million views, it was the perfect storm of shock, controversy, and coolness packed into a 17-second clip.

While the adrenaline rush of virality is exhilarating, I’d argue it shouldn’t be the primary goal for most real estate agents. Instead, your creative energy should focus on content that authentically demonstrates your value to your clients. That said, I love talking about viral content!
Any predictions for the rest of 2024?
Real estate is about to become a whole lot more competitive. Agents who adapt to the influx of technology and leverage the digital tools available in the industry will stay ahead of the competition.
