• What’s included in my monthly plan?

  Every plan includes a professionally designed website with MLS integration and IDX search, Presence CRM with AI lead scoring and daily action plans, personalized message drafts, CMA presentations, client collaboration tools, the Presence mobile app, saved listing and home value alerts, and dedicated support. Hosting, maintenance, and access to new features and platform updates are all included. The only costs beyond your monthly plan are optional add-ons and your advertising budget if you choose to run paid campaigns.

• What are the differences between the four plans?

  Each plan is designed around a different stage of growth.

  Launch gives you the digital foundation: a professionally designed website, MLS search, and Presence CRM with up to 1,000 contacts.

  Brand adds marketing that builds your reputation: hyperlocal blog content, weekly SEO and AI search optimizations, Google Business Profile management, and advertising tools including listing ads and lead gen ads. CRM scales to 3,000 contacts with 1:1 success and support.

  Scale is for agents ready to invest in pipeline: AI lead nurture via SMS, retargeting ads across Google and Meta, done-for-you social media, and managed ad spend up to $5,000. CRM scales to 10,000 contacts.All In is for market leaders who want dominant visibility: a branded mobile app with your name on the App Store, our premium SEO and AI search program (including agent bio content, neighborhood articles, competitor analysis, advanced optimizations, local citation building, and reputation monitoring), and CRM capacity for up to 50,000 contacts.

• Is there a setup fee?

  Yes, there is a one-time setup fee that covers your design consultation, website build, MLS integration, and CRM configuration. The amount varies depending on your plan and whether your brokerage has a partnership with Luxury Presence. Your sales consultant will walk through the specifics during your consultation.

• How long is the commitment?

  All plans are a 12-month agreement. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time without restarting your term or paying another setup fee. Our retention rate is 96%, which reflects the value agents see once the platform is running.

• Is the advertising budget separate from my plan?

  Yes. Your plan includes the tools, management, and optimization for running ads. The actual ad spend is separate and goes directly to Google or Meta with no management fees from Luxury Presence. You control your monthly budget, and your account manager will recommend a starting point based on your market. You can adjust spend month to month.

• When does billing start?

  Your monthly billing begins when your website goes live. The setup fee is collected upfront to start the design and onboarding process. Your sales consultant can walk through the exact timeline during your consultation.

• Do you offer pricing for brokerages or partner networks?

  Yes. We work with brokerages and partner networks including eXp Realty, Compass, and others. Partnership pricing can reduce both monthly fees and setup costs. If your brokerage has a relationship with Luxury Presence, ask your sales consultant about available pricing during your consultation. For teams of more than 20 agents, we have dedicated packages designed for large teams and brokerages.
