  Home values are estimated using ATTOM’s Automated Valuation Model, updated with recent comparable sales and active listings in the client’s neighborhood. It’s a credible starting point that gives clients something useful — and gives you a natural reason to follow up with a more precise analysis when the timing is right.

• What are listing alerts?

  When a client saves a search, they receive automatic alerts when new listings match their criteria. Every alert comes under your brand, keeping the relationship in your court.

• How do clients get enrolled in the homeowner reports?

  You enroll existing contacts manually from your CRM. Once enrolled, home value updates and market activity reports go out automatically on your behalf.

• Does the dashboard show my listings?

  Yes. Your new listings are automatically highlighted alongside recent comparable sales and active listings nearby — so every time a past client checks their home value, they see your current inventory.
