What was your first impression when you started using our solution?

In your experience, how well does our tool represent your brand during client interactions?
I was very satisfied with how human-like and polite the tool was when interacting with clients. It definitely has its strengths, but there are times when it makes mistakes.
There was one interesting issue I recall with a customer who set a low budget when talking to the AI. It was asking a lot of great qualifying questions, but the customer shared that their budget was $4 – 6k, and the AI continued on to ask about pre-qualification for a loan – which any human agent would know that there’s no way you’re going to find a property to buy for $6,000.
Even though the customer didn’t specifically say the word ‘lease’ or ‘rent,’ a human would be able to understand that this is a leasing inquiry and ask the appropriate questions.
Don’t get me wrong, the tool is awesome at connecting leads with team members, but these occasional misjudgments remind me how important that personal touch is in client communication. In my opinion, these tools are best used to enhance our workflow, but I don’t think AI will ever replace us.
Based on your experience, would you recommend our tool, and do you have any advice for other agents?
I have to admit, my previous experiences with other solutions were pretty underwhelming. But let me tell you, trying out your AILN tool completely changed my perspective and turned me into an advocate.
