1. Create your own version of the document: You must create your own copy of the template before you can edit it. First, select “File,” then you have two options
   • Option 01 – “Make a copy” to edit directly in Google Docs.
   • Option 02 – “Download” to edit as a Word doc or other format.
2. Customize your template: Delete the introductory and how-to pages, as well as any templates you don’t need. Then fill in the {brackets} with details that are relevant to the situation as well as your particular business and brokerage. Delete any irrelevant information or brackets for which you don’t have any specific items to insert.
3. Add your logo and download your press release: Double-click on the header and replace the Luxury Presence logo with your own by double-clicking on the image and selecting Replace image. Make sure you read through your press release one last time, then export it as a PDF by selecting File, then Download.
