Social Media Management delivers a complete weekly social media campaign — static posts, image carousels, and AI-generated video Reels — drafted from your own listings and brand. Each week, you open a ready-made campaign in the Presence app, review it, edit anything you want, and approve. Nothing publishes without your sign-off. Available for Facebook and Instagram at launch.

Why It Matters

Agents know social media drives business. The problem has never been awareness — it’s been sustainability. Creating a single polished post takes 30 to 45 minutes, or more if you’re recruiting video production. 

Most agents post consistently for a few weeks, then go silent when deals take over. Social Media Management breaks that cycle by doing the production work before you ever see it. You stay visible every week, and it takes about 15 minutes instead of 5 hours. 

The video component matters in particular:  listings with drone video sell 68% faster on average, according to NAR research, yet only 9% of agents create listing videos. AI Video turns your listing photos into Reels with scripted narration — no camera, no editor, no videographer.

How To Use It

Once active, your weekly campaign arrives ready for review. Posts are built from your MLS listings, your LP website, and your brand voice. You can edit captions or rearrange images. When you’re satisfied, approve and it publishes. Every post’s performance — views, likes, comments — is trackable in the Presence app.
