We Just Hit $100 Million in ARR. Here’s What Actually Got Us Here.

Ten years ago, Luxury Presence set out to build what the best agents in real estate had been missing: technology that matched their ambition. A decade later, more than 100,000 agents across nearly 20,000 brands run their businesses on the Presence Platform. And last week, we crossed $100 million in annual recurring revenue.

Fewer than two percent of venture-backed software companies ever reach that number. We feel the weight of it.

The milestone matters. The people behind it matter more.

The agents shaped us

Our founder and CEO Malte Kramer put it simply: “This milestone belongs to our clients. They have pushed us, challenged us, and shaped every part of what we’ve built. We’ve had the privilege of helping tens of thousands of agents, teams, and brokerages grow their businesses because of the standard they’ve held us to, and the products they’ve asked us to create for them.”

He means it. Luxury Presence has transformed completely over the past three years because the agents and brokerages we serve kept raising the bar. They told us what they needed. We built it. They raised the bar again. We rebuilt it.

The result: agents on the Presence Platform grow six times faster and close nearly three times more transaction volume than peers in their same markets. Thirty percent of the Wall Street Journal RealTrends top agents and teams are on the platform today.

Your whole business, one platform

Earlier this month, we launched the new Presence Platform, the biggest product shift in our history. The idea behind it is simple: a real estate agent’s brand, marketing, client relationships, and growth tools should live in one place, working together.

Before this, even our best clients were stitching together separate tools for their website, their CRM, their marketing, their ads. That patchwork costs time, money, and deals. The Presence Platform brings all of it into a single system, powered by Presence AI, that adapts to each agent’s market, voice, and business.

“We have rebuilt how this company builds software,” said Jesse Pederson, our Chief Technology Officer. “The Presence Platform is now continuously improving for each client, using their performance data to adapt to their market, their voice, and their unique business. No two clients are running the same version anymore.”

Since the start of 2025, we’ve expanded our AI product and engineering teams by more than 300 percent and now ship new features to production five times faster than we did a year ago. We plan to invest more than $10 million in AI infrastructure and capabilities over the next twelve months.

The company you keep

Noble Black, one of New York City’s top-ranked luxury brokers and the leader of Corcoran’s No. 2 team nationwide, was among our first clients. He’s still here.

What’s next

In January, we closed a $37 million funding round led for the third time by Bessemer Venture Partners. Byron Deeter, Partner at Bessemer and a member of our board, has led all three rounds.

$100 million in ARR is a milestone. For us, it’s a starting line.
