One of our clients joined me for lunch recently at Élephante in Santa Monica and started counting all the tools he uses to run his business. AI CRM
Generally available today after launching in beta earlier this year, our AI CRM is the first relationship engine purpose-built for real estate. Each morning, it surfaces a prioritized list of who needs outreach, why they matter, and a drafted message ready to send.

Social Media Management
We now create on-brand posts and Reels for your Instagram and Facebook accounts. Your feed stays active week after week, without you creating any of the content. We generate the social posts from your listings and brand profile. You review and approve. Presence AI makes any edits you request.

We now run paid ads for the listings you select, the moment they go live. Listing Ads sits inside a rebuilt ads experience powered by Presence® AI. Buyer campaigns, seller campaigns, retargeting, and the new Listing Ads are all now generated, optimized, and managed by us, end-to-end. You approve. We run everything else. There are no management fees on top of ad spend.
