Best Real Estate Marketing Services

Real Estate Marketing Services

Marketing compounds. The agent who publishes every week collects the search placement, the referrals, and the seller calls, while the agent who markets in bursts starts over each time. Capacity is what separates the two. Between showings, negotiations, and client work, there’s rarely a spare hour left for content.

We looked at seven marketing services built for different kinds of businesses, starting with Luxury Presence, an all-in-one growth platform that draws 100 million visitors a year and is where more than 30% of the WSJ Top 100 agents run their business.

Key takeaways

  • One platform beats a stack of vendors. When website design, CRM, SEO, social, and paid ads sit in the same system, your data and your brand voice stay connected instead of scattered across four logins and four invoices.
  • AI lead intelligence is the real separator. The strongest platforms score contacts on behavior, surface opportunities already sitting in your database, and answer new leads fast. Luxury Presence documents a sub-60-second first response to every new lead through AI Lead Nurture.
  • Done-for-you marketing solves the capacity problem. Top producers know marketing matters. Finding hours for it is the hard part. Services that handle content, posting, and optimization hand those hours back.
  • Integration depth matters more than feature count. MLS feeds, data refresh behavior, and third-party connections differ a lot from vendor to vendor, and fragmented systems create silos your clients can feel.
  • Quote-based pricing is a category norm. Custom-built platforms price by quote because design scope, market, and service level change with every client. Luxury Presence, BoldTrail, Ylopo, and Agent Image all sit in that group. Templated builders publish a flat rate because the product doesn’t change from one agent to the next.
  • Documented results make the business case. Luxury Presence clients grow 6x faster than peer agents in the same market and close 2.9x more transaction volume per agent, with case studies showing how.

Methodology: We built this comparison from each vendor’s published pricing and product pages, plus independent user reviews on sites like G2 and Trustpilot, rather than hands-on testing of all seven platforms. Where a company doesn’t publish a number, we say so instead of estimating. Spotted something out of date? Tell us and we’ll correct it.

What to look for in a real estate marketing service

Before you shortlist anything, get clear on the criteria that separate a service that compounds from one that quietly drains budget.

Website design quality and search foundation

Your website is the first listing presentation you’ll ever give. Referrals, prospects, and curious sellers search your name long before they call you, and what they find shapes the decision. Look for custom website design, mobile performance, and search architecture that improves your visibility on Google and in AI search tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. No provider can promise a ranking.

CRM and lead management

A strong CRM does more than store contacts. It organizes your network on its own, reads the signals that someone is edging toward a move, and tells you the one action most likely to convert them. That behavior is what separates a real platform from basic lead management software.

Marketing automation and content services

What matters is whether the platform actually produces the work, meaning blog content, social posts, and paid campaigns. The best marketing automation handles execution while you keep approval over everything that publishes under your name.

Integration ecosystem

Look at how the platform connects to your MLS, your existing tools, and your marketing channels. Listing and contact data that refreshes on different schedules in different systems is how client experiences drift out of sync, which is why IDX integration deserves a close read.

Pricing and total cost of ownership

The monthly fee is the smallest part of the picture. Setup costs, IDX charges, extra seats, dialers, and the outside vendors you’d still need to cover the gaps all belong in your marketing expenses math.

1. Luxury Presence

Screenshot captured August 2026. Product may have changed.

Luxury Presence runs an all-in-one growth platform for real estate professionals, built around award-winning real estate websites, AI-powered marketing, and lead generation. The platform has managed 30,000+ sites for 87,000+ agents over more than a decade, processing 700 million interactions and 15 billion data points a year.

Public review evidence: 4.4/5 on G2 from 28 reviews, as of August 2026. The reviews quoted below are a selection of positive ones posted between October 2025 and January 2026, and they describe what those individual customers experienced rather than a typical or guaranteed outcome.

How Luxury Presence works

Ten products sit under three outcomes, and every one of them runs on Presence® AI, the intelligence layer.

Attract more clients. Real Estate Websites are custom-designed around your brand, built to rank on Google and AI search, and wired to convert. SEO & GEO puts hyperlocal content and Google Business Profile work behind your name every week. Social Media Management (Beta) delivers two to three posts per week as a finished campaign, and nothing publishes until you approve it. Paid Ads Management runs Google and Meta campaigns for buyer leads, listing promotion, and seller lead gen.

Turn your database into deals. AI CRM organizes contacts across email, phone, and social, then reads website visits, saved listings, ad engagement, property records, and life events to flag who is warming up. Listing Alerts & Homeowner Reports keeps valuations, equity tracking, and market data in front of past clients under your brand. AI Lead Nurture answers new leads by SMS in under a minute and qualifies them before handing them back to you, as an add-on on Brand and included from Scale up.

Create relationships for life. Collaborative Search keeps searching, saving, and messaging inside your brand. CMAs & Client Presentations build branded listing and buyer decks from live MLS data. The Branded Mobile App puts your name on the client’s home screen and is included on every plan.

Documented results

Luxury Presence publishes the following:

  • Clients grow 6x faster than peer agents in the same market
  • Clients close 2.9x more transaction volume per agent than peers
  • Clients transact at 85% higher price points than market peers
  • Marketing leads convert to transactions at 2-3x the industry average
  • 96% client satisfaction score
  • 99%+ AI content approval rate across the platform

What sets Luxury Presence apart

  • One connected platform. Website design, AI CRM, SEO & GEO, Social Media Management (Beta), and Paid Ads Management share the same data and the same brand voice, which removes the coordination tax of running four vendors. Ashton S., a director of marketing, wrote in a January 2026 G2 review that SEO, website updates, and lead gen used to be fragmented and time-consuming, and that moving them into one system left the team more hours for clients.
  • Intelligence trained on a decade of real estate data. Presence® AI connects MLS feeds, contact history, brand guidelines, and behavioral signals, and it compounds with every interaction. AI CRM alone draws on 280M+ enriched American profiles with 50+ data points per matched contact.
  • Expert oversight at every layer. A dedicated team of content and marketing specialists tunes the models and sets the quality bar. You approve, edit, or reject everything before it goes live.
  • Done-for-you marketing with no management fee. Hyperlocal blog posts, weekly SEO & GEO optimizations, and managed paid advertising start on the Brand plan, with every dollar of budget going to ad spend. Social Media Management (Beta) is an add-on there and included on Scale and All In. Managed ad budgets run up to $1,000/month on Brand, $5,000 on Scale, and $10,000 on All In, with ad spend paid separately to Google or Meta.
  • Design that pulls its weight. Samantha L., a marketing director, said in a November 2025 G2 review that her property, neighborhood, and blog pages brought in high-quality leads and that the backend made listing updates quick. One customer’s account of her own site, not a promise about yours.
  • Support that shows up. Taylor B., a real estate broker, credited the person who ran his SEO onboarding in an October 2025 G2 review with finally making search and the technology behind it make sense to him.

Pricing structure

Luxury Presence quotes its four plans, Launch, Brand, Scale, and All In, by configuration rather than publishing monthly rates. The one-time setup fee runs from $2,500 to $3,500 depending on plan, on top of the monthly subscription. Every plan runs on a 12-month agreement, and you can move up a tier mid-term without restarting the term or paying a second setup fee.

Considerations

Because plans are quoted, there’s no monthly figure here to set beside Placester’s or Sierra Interactive’s published rates. The setup fee is a real up-front cost on top of the subscription. Social Media Management (Beta) hasn’t reached general release yet.

Best for: High-performing agents, teams, and brokerages who want a premium brand, AI-powered lead intelligence, and marketing that gets executed without adding vendors. Our Luxury Presence reviews roundup collects more of how customers describe the work.

2. Placester

Screenshot captured August 2026. Product may have changed.

Placester is a budget-friendly, website-led platform with CRM and email built in, aimed at newer agents and anyone with a small marketing budget. Code-free customization and real estate templates are the core pitch.

Public review evidence: 3.5/5 on G2 from 84 reviews, as of August 2026.

Core capabilities

  • Template-driven site builder that needs no code
  • AI Editor across plans for AI-assisted site edits
  • CRM and email marketing, with monthly send limits from 100 on Agent Essential to 25,000 on Broker Plus
  • MLS and IDX support, plus the option to launch without an IDX feed
  • Search foundations and AI search readiness on every site, including generated LLMs.txt
  • Agent Manager on team and brokerage plans for roster management, onboarding automation, and site templating, with lead routing from Broker Standard up
  • Content Automation, a July 2026 release that publishes localized blog content
  • Do It For Me maintenance and paid setup packages for agents who’d rather not build

Pricing structure

Placester publishes plan pricing openly, with no contracts, a 14-day trial, and 20% off annual billing. Agent plans run $59/month for Agent Essential ($566 annually), $79/month for Agent Plus ($758 annually), and $129/month for Agent Premier ($1,238 annually). Team and brokerage plans run $199/month for Team ($1,910 annually), $399/month for Broker Standard ($3,830 annually), and $599/month for Broker Plus ($5,750 annually). An Enterprise tier with 250 agent websites is sold through their sales team.

Listing data is billed on top. Agent Essential includes one MLS integration at an added $25/month, and higher agent plans allow unlimited MLS integrations at $25/month per IDX. Sites can go live without IDX, so the fee isn’t mandatory, though an agent who wants live listings starts closer to $84/month. Add-ons include Content Automation from $15/month monthly, $25/month weekly, or $50/month daily, Do It For Me maintenance from $75/month, extra websites at $25/month, and live chat at $25/month on Essential and Plus.

Considerations

Placester is website-led. Search foundations, AI-assisted editing, CRM, email, and optional automated blog content are in the box. Placester’s published lineup doesn’t list a managed organic social service or managed paid advertising, so execution beyond automated posts stays with the agent. Our Placester review goes deeper on the builder, and the Placester pricing breakdown covers the add-on math.

Best for: New agents on a tight budget who need a clean web presence with search foundations built in. At $59/month, Agent Essential is the lowest entry price among the platforms here that publish standard pricing. Agents weighing price against execution can read Placester vs AgentFire or scan the wider Placester alternatives list.

3. Agent Image

Screenshot captured August 2026. Product may have changed.

Agent Image builds premium custom websites on WordPress for agents who put visual design and flexibility first. It sells marketing services alongside the builds.

Public review evidence: 3.5/5 TrustScore on Trustpilot from 18 reviews, 14 of them posted in the last 12 months, as of August 2026.

Design-first approach

  • WordPress custom builds, with additional custom programming scoped per project
  • White-glove design consultation
  • ImagineStudio premium tier for ultra-custom work
  • Ownership and transfer rights are set by contract. For a custom site, Agent Image’s terms state the customer owns the design and licenses Agent Image’s proprietary technology, without direct access to that technology

Pricing structure

Pricing is consultation-based. Agent Image’s current FAQ lists website hosting with a $199.99/month base price, with IDX and other services potentially adding to it, as of August 2026. Package pricing, setup fees, and custom quotes are handled in the consultation rather than published.

Considerations

Agent Image does not include a built-in CRM, though it supports CRM integrations. It does sell SEO, social, content, and PPC services, so those functions don’t automatically require another vendor. Total cost depends on the site package, IDX, a separate CRM, and which marketing services are attached. Our Agent Image review covers the build process, and the Agent Image pricing guide unpacks the quote structure.

Best for: Established agents who want maximum design control, are comfortable with WordPress, and are fine running a CRM separately. If that last part gives you pause, Agent Image vs AgentFire and the Agent Image alternatives list are useful next reads.

4. Real Geeks

Screenshot captured August 2026. Product may have changed.

Real Geeks is a lead conversion platform with IDX websites, a full CRM, and managed lead generation advertising. Founded in 2007, it targets teams that live on paid lead volume.

Public review evidence: 4.5/5 on G2 from 109 reviews, as of August 2026.

Lead conversion focus

  • IDX websites with real-time MLS listings, built around capture
  • Full CRM with automation, drip campaigns, lead routing, and activity alerts
  • Managed Facebook, Instagram, and Google campaigns, priced separately
  • Geek AI Text, an AI SMS assistant at $49/month, included with any marketing package
  • MoveTo branded mobile search app
  • Home valuation and seller lead tools
  • Database nurture through saved searches, property alerts, branded market reports, workflows, and eBlasts

Pricing structure

The official billing page lists the base platform at $399/month on a 12-month commitment, or $3,990/year, plus a $500 one-time setup fee. Managed marketing packages cost extra. The Social Marketing Package is $299/month on a 12-month term, and the search and seller marketing packages are $599/month each on a 12-month term. Two CRM seats are included, with additional users tiered from $25/month down to $1/month at the largest team sizes.

Considerations

The platform is weighted toward lead generation and conversion, with database nurture included. The base plan carries a 12-month commitment and a $500 setup fee, and managed marketing sits outside that base price. For a closer look at how the pieces price out, see our Real Geeks pricing breakdown and the full Real Geeks review.

Best for: Teams running paid campaigns who measure success in lead volume converted. Teams comparing search-led options can start with Real Geeks vs Sierra Interactive or browse Real Geeks alternatives.

5. Sierra Interactive

Screenshot captured August 2026. Product may have changed.

Sierra Interactive combines website, CRM, and automation with a heavy emphasis on search. Founded in 2007, it targets agents who build on organic strategy.

Public review evidence: 4.7/5 on G2 from 3 reviews, as of August 2026.

Search-first capabilities

  • Hyperlocal SEO tools and IntelliSearch, covering keyword search, mixed location types, MLS feed handling, and saved searches
  • Community pages for neighborhood-level ranking
  • Built-in CRM with behavior-based automation
  • Dialer functionality, with inclusions varying by package
  • Managed Google and Facebook ads, with Google PPC billed at a 10% monthly management fee on a $500 minimum ad spend, and Facebook packages at $75/month (Lite) or $200/month (Full)
  • Content Writing Services spanning strategy, hyperlocal community pages, schema, and blog content, priced as one-time fees of $500, $800, $2,400, and $4,000 by package
  • A dedicated Luxury Site product announced April 28, 2026

Pricing structure

Sierra’s pricing page shows three tiers, as of August 2026:

  • Starter: $299.95/month annual, or $359.95/month month-to-month, 1 user
  • Essential: $399.95/month annual, or $474.95/month month-to-month, 3 users
  • Growth: $599.95/month annual, or $724.95/month month-to-month, 5 users

Monthly subscriptions carry a $500 setup fee, while annual subscriptions show $0 setup. Features are tiered rather than uniform, with differences in users, onboarding, reporting, site options, and messaging. Add-ons include extra users, additional MLS feeds, website upgrades, Lead Engage, and the Dialer at $100/month on Starter. Luxury is a website design upgrade at $150/month on Starter and Essential, and is among Growth’s design options.

Considerations

Sierra publishes base pricing and many of its setup and add-on charges, which appeals to agents who want the number up front. Content writing and ad management are paid services layered on the subscription, and a done-for-you organic social service isn’t part of the published lineup. Our Sierra Interactive review and the Sierra Interactive pricing breakdown go tier by tier.

Best for: Agents and small teams who want serious organic search capability with website and CRM in one place. If you’re weighing similar builds, Sierra Interactive vs kvCORE and Sierra Interactive alternatives cover the closest options.

6. BoldTrail by Inside Real Estate

Screenshot captured August 2026. Product may have changed.

BoldTrail is an ecosystem from Inside Real Estate that pulls in capabilities from a portfolio of legacy products including kvCORE, BoomTown, and Brokermint. It’s broader than a kvCORE rename, and the company positions it to scale from solo agent to enterprise.

Public review evidence: 4.5/5 on G2 from more than 1,500 reviews, as of August 2026.

Platform capabilities

  • Built-in CRM with lead distribution and automation
  • Customizable IDX websites, including agent sites under a brokerage brand
  • Lead generation services and marketing automation
  • Social marketing features and listing tools
  • Recruiting, back-office automation, and multi-office management
  • Reporting and analytics across the organization

Pricing structure

Inside Real Estate does not list public dollar pricing on its current official pages, which route prospective customers to a demo instead, as of August 2026.

Considerations

Pricing is configuration-specific, with no published figure to compare against the platforms above. Our kvCORE review covers the CRM lineage, the kvCORE pricing guide covers what the quotes tend to include, and Sierra Interactive vs BoldTrail puts it head to head.

Best for: Agents, teams, brokerages, and enterprise organizations that need CRM, IDX, lead generation, recruiting, back-office automation, and multi-user scale in one place. kvCORE vs Lofty and kvCORE alternatives are good starting points for anyone shopping the same tier.

7. Ylopo

Screenshot captured August 2026. Product may have changed.

Ylopo is a marketing and lead generation platform that plugs into an external CRM. Founded in 2016, it specializes in retargeting, listing-fed video advertising, and predictive nurture.

Public review evidence: Ylopo customer reviews are published on G2, though we didn’t find a current aggregate score on the profile, as of August 2026.

Marketing and lead generation stack

  • A branded website with IDX included in the base platform
  • Managed lead generation and retargeting campaigns driven by browsing behavior
  • Automated video ad creation for Facebook and Instagram
  • Predictive buy and sell scoring plus seller-oriented tools
  • Behavioral lead scoring and priority notifications
  • Integration with Follow Up Boss, Salesforce, and other CRMs
  • AI text and voice nurture for lead response

Pricing structure

Ylopo prices by quote, with published materials pointing to market, team and database scale, lead type, goals, and selected services as the variables. Selected AI services are priced separately. AI text starts at $250/month, and AI text plus voice starts at $500/month, as of August 2026. Core platform pricing is quote and demo based.

Considerations

Ylopo integrates with an external CRM rather than replacing one, so a separate CRM subscription stays on the bill. An existing website isn’t required, since Ylopo supplies the consumer-facing site and IDX layer. AI nurture, ad management, and ad spend are each priced apart from the core platform. Our Ylopo review and Ylopo pricing breakdown lay out how those pieces stack.

Best for: Teams with a CRM they like who want retargeting, listing-fed video ads, and automated nurture without a platform migration. For side-by-side context, see CINC vs Ylopo, Ylopo vs Fello, or the broader Ylopo alternatives list.

Why Luxury Presence stands out for real estate marketing

One connected growth platform instead of a stack of vendors

Premium website design, AI CRM, SEO & GEO, Social Media Management (Beta), and Paid Ads Management live on one connected platform. That connection is the whole point. When a prospect visits your site, saves a listing, engages with an ad, or opens an email, the signal lands in your AI CRM and shapes the next action it recommends. Fewer syncs. Fewer silos. One brand voice across lead generation, content, and client experience.

Intelligence built on a decade of real estate data

Generic AI tools start from zero with every prompt. Presence® AI starts from your business. It connects MLS feeds, contact history, brand guidelines, and behavioral signals from a platform that has managed 30,000+ sites for 87,000+ agents, and it gets more personalized with every interaction. On the contact side, AI CRM works from 280M+ enriched American profiles with 50+ data points each, which is how it flags a seller before the sign goes in the yard.

Results at the highest level of the business

More than 30% of the WSJ Top 100 agents run their business on the Presence Platform. Luxury Presence clients grow 6x faster than peer agents in the same market, close 2.9x more transaction volume per agent, and transact at 85% higher price points, alongside a 96% client satisfaction score. The case studies show the work behind those numbers, agent by agent.

Done-for-you marketing that matches your standard

Top producers believe in marketing. Finding the hours is where it breaks down. Luxury Presence covers the execution: social campaigns drafted from your own listings and brand, hyperlocal blog content, managed advertising with no management fee so every dollar goes to spend, and weekly SEO & GEO optimization. Those marketing services run on the Brand plan and above. You approve. The system does the rest, and 99%+ of what it prepares gets approved.

Ben B., a realtor, wrote in an October 2025 G2 review that the AI and social features made his marketing look agency-grade, and that he was the only agent within a hundred miles with a branded app. Results like that belong to his market and his business, not to every account.

Support that scales with your success

Per the plans page, 24/7 chat and email support is standard on every tier, phone support is included above Launch, and Scale and All In add 1:1 success and support. All In brings the Premium SEO & GEO program, 50,000 nurtured contacts, and up to 20 users. Victoria S., a marketing director, noted in a November 2025 G2 review that back-end access let her fix an MLS sync herself instead of waiting on a third party, and that she’d recommended the platform to more than ten agents. Her account, her setup.

For agents serious about growth, explore Luxury Presence plans to see which tier fits. Launch, Brand, Scale, and All In are quoted rather than published, there’s a one-time setup fee from $2,500 to $3,500 depending on plan, and every plan runs on a 12-month agreement with mid-term upgrades available at no extra setup cost.
